# Machines that talk to the production system.

Industry 4.0 then and Transition 5.0 now ask for the same thing: the new asset must be interconnected with the company's production management system or supply network, and a technician must certify it. Ing. Massimiliano Brasile has carried out integrations of this kind on biomedical devices and on industrial presses, and can be consulted for the design, the retrofit and the technical report.

## Transition 5.0 in 2026

From 1 January 2026 the tax credit gives way to the super depreciation of the 2026 budget law (Law 199/2025, art. 1, paragraphs 427-436), for investments made until 30 September 2028. It covers new interconnected tangible and intangible assets, and plants for self-generated renewable energy. Compliance is proven with a sworn technical report and an accounting certificate, and notifications go through the GSE platform.

## Past work

- Biomedical devices: the software of three devices by an Italian manufacturer integrated with the cloud platform of one of the client's suppliers, with AICQ attestation for Industry 4.0
- Industrial presses for two **electronics** groups: monitoring and control software connected to ABB **PLCs**, with remote management over a reverse SSH tunnel

## Who signs

Electronic engineer, registered with the Register of Engineers of the Province of Rome, Section A, no. 24157, since 2003. The report is signed by the person who carried out or checked the integration, not by a middleman.
