Each engagement has its own page, with what it covers and what you get. The button opens an email already set up with the questions to answer. Within one working day you get the quote with the price, after your yes the proforma invoice. The work is on Linux servers and on the sites running on them.

From 27 September 2026 "eco friendly" and "green" without proof, and "carbon neutral" achieved through offsetting, are banned. The site copy gets reread and you get the sentences to change, already rewritten.

## From the email to the invoice

Times count in working days. If your mail program does not open, write to the address at the bottom of the page with the same subject line.

- **Right away**pick the engagement and send the pre filled email, with the answers to the questions
- **1 working day**you get an acknowledgement with the missing questions, or the quote with price, deliverables and timing. The quote is valid for fifteen days
- **On your yes**the proforma invoice arrives. Fixed price work is paid half up front and half on completion, the cleanup starts on a deposit, the monthly block is paid before the month
- **On payment**work starts. Access is exchanged only now, on a dedicated account and over an agreed channel, never in the order email
- **When the work ends**report, electronic invoice for the balance, access revoked

## What holds for all of them

- fixed term engagements: we agree the scope, the work gets done, the engagement closes. No round the clock watch, no on call duty
- Linux servers, with or without a control panel, and the sites running on them. Windows servers stay out
- no passwords in the order email. Access is exchanged after the proforma, over an agreed channel
- the signed expert report and the report for the authority or the insurer are on the expert reports page
