# SPF, DKIM and DMARC set right: your domain's email gets delivered

The domain's emails land in spam or bounce. SPF, DKIM and DMARC put right and tested against Gmail and Outlook.

## Who it is for

**Fixed price.**For anyone sending email from their own domain and watching it land in spam or bounce: a shop's order confirmations, newsletters, invoices, everyday mail. Since 2024 Gmail and Yahoo require SPF and DKIM from every sender, and DMARC from anyone sending in volume.

One domain at a time, whoever does the sending: the mail server, the shop, a newsletter service, the back office. The job is getting everyone who sends in your name to agree.

## What it covers

- a census of who sends with your domain: server, shop, newsletter, site forms, back office
- SPF record written or corrected, without going over the ten DNS lookup limit
- DKIM signing active on every sender, with the keys published in DNS
- DMARC with reports active, and the policy raised in steps: first observe, then block

If the domain has ended up on a blocklist, the removal request goes in once the work is done: the timing belongs to whoever runs the list.

## What you get

A domain that passes Gmail's and Outlook's checks, with the delivery test done in front of you and a page explaining every record, so whoever comes next knows why it is there. DMARC reports come to you.

## Questions

Why do my emails land in spam when they are not spam? Because the receiver cannot verify they really come from you. That is what SPF, DKIM and DMARC are for: without them, your domain is worth as much as the domain of whoever imitates it. I am on a shared IP: is this enough? It helps a lot, but if an IP neighbour sends spam your domain pays for the reputation too. In that case the report says so and suggests where to move outgoing mail. Who touches the DNS? You, with the records written and ready to paste, or me with temporary access to the domain panel. It is decided in the quote.

## From the email to the invoice

Times count in working days. If your mail program does not open, write to the address at the bottom of the page with the same subject line.

- **Right away**pick the engagement and send the pre filled email, with the answers to the questions
- **1 working day**you get an acknowledgement with the missing questions, or the quote with price, deliverables and timing. The quote is valid for fifteen days
- **On your yes**the proforma invoice arrives. Fixed price work is paid half up front and half on completion, the cleanup starts on a deposit, the monthly block is paid before the month
- **On payment**work starts. Access is exchanged only now, on a dedicated account and over an agreed channel, never in the order email
- **When the work ends**report, electronic invoice for the balance, access revoked

## What stays out

- removal from blocklists, which depends on whoever runs them
- moving mailboxes from one provider to another, which is a separate engagement
- writing the newsletters and running the campaigns
