# Four plugins, one yearly licence, updates from the author's own server.

No marketplace in between. The key arrives after payment, updates come through the WordPress dashboard, and a vulnerability report gets an answer within 72 hours.

Two plugins have a free version in the WordPress repository and a Pro version sold here. The free one is not a timed trial and never switches off: it does what it says, and whoever needs the report to show, the updated rules or multisite moves to Pro.

A licence lasts twelve months and carries updates and support. When it expires the plugin keeps working: the code is GPL, and a time lock inside it would not even be allowed. What stops is updates and new rules.

Updates arrive through the WordPress dashboard, from the author's own server and not from a marketplace. A vulnerability goes to its own page and gets an answer within 72 hours, as the Cyber Resilience Act requires from anyone selling software.
