Privacy
This site collects little, and says all of it.
Static pages, no forms, no cookies, no third party scripts. What remains is the web server log, which is there to keep the site running.

No data protection officer is appointed: the processing does not fall under article 37 of the regulation.
What is not here
- no contact form, no sign up, no members area
- no cookies, neither technical nor analytics, so no banner to dismiss
- no requests to other domains: the typefaces are served by this site, not by Google Fonts
- no analytics service and no profiling of readers
The server log
Every request for a page leaves a line in the web server log: IP address, date and time, requested address, outcome, browser and referring page.
- it keeps the site running, explains an error and defends against attacks. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest, article 6(1)(f)
- lines are kept for fourteen days: the log rotates every night and the oldest copy is deleted
- the log is not cross referenced with anything and is not used to count readers
If you send an email
The message, the sender's address and its content stay in the mailbox for as long as answering and keeping a record require. A security report is kept longer, because it is part of the product's history.
If you press "Notify me"
The address stays in the mailbox until the paid version of the product comes out. You get at most three emails: at launch, seven days before the founder price ends and on the last day. If you do not buy, the address is deleted after the last one.
Booking a slot
The calendar on the home page is not live yet. When it is, booking will collect name, email and the chosen time, and this page will say where they go and how long they stay.
Who else sees the data
Pages are served by a dedicated server at Contabo GmbH, in Germany, administered directly by the controller: Contabo is a data processor for the technical side only. Nobody else reads the pages you visit. Data is not sold, not passed on and not used to profile anyone.
- licence payments go through Stripe, which takes the card and returns only the outcome: the card number never touches this site
- until the shop is open there is no payment data to process
Your rights
You can ask what data concerns you, have it corrected, deleted, restricted, receive it in a readable format and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the controller's address and the answer arrives within a month.
