Fixed term engagements, not open ended availability.
The straight answer: a reasoned reply on a call, with a written note afterwards.
Work that runs on without a closed scope. Hours are drawn down on request.
When the result can be described and checked: fixed price, stated deliverables.
How the work runs
- First we write down what has to be done and how we tell it is finished. Nothing starts without that, not even a single hour.
- Rates come with the quote, not from this page: they depend on urgency and on the client. A quote is valid for fifteen days.
- Every payment is tied to a proforma invoice. The electronic invoice is issued once the amount has cleared.
- Travel is agreed separately and covers the day, the expenses and the time the journey takes away.
Forms of agreement, not catalogue services
They get assessed case by case and need a written contract before any work starts.
| Technical sales role for a vendor | presales, demos, technical answers, tender specifications: by day or by block |
|---|---|
| Technical partner in a tender | qualifying expertise in a consortium or as a subcontractor, once the tender requirements have been checked |
| Equity or revenue share | work in exchange for a revenue share or equity, only with a written scope, milestones and a way out. Never against promises alone |
