From this date two obligations apply to every Italian online shop.
Environmental claims under article 23 of the Italian Consumer Code, warranty and repairability information under Legislative Decree 30/2026. A shop that sells without showing them is in breach from day one.
Catalogue
Four plugins, one yearly licence, updates from the author's own server.
No marketplace in between. The key arrives after payment, updates come through the WordPress dashboard, and a vulnerability report gets an answer within 72 hours.
Scans the site copy and flags prohibited environmental claims, with the article breached, the reason and how to fix the sentence. For now the dictionary is in Italian.
